  • Job Description: IT Support & Systems Administrator
  • Summary:
  • We are seeking a skilled IT Support & Systems Administrator to manage day-to-day IT operations, provide technical support, and ensure smooth functioning of systems and servers. The role involves handling user support, maintaining servers and backups, monitoring system performance, ensuring cybersecurity protocols, and supporting organizational websites and IT infrastructure.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • • Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
  • • Configure and support employee email accounts and IT systems.
  • • Maintain IT asset inventory and perform regular updates on local and attendance servers.
  • • Ensure smooth operation of domain, email, chat, and WordPress-based websites, including backups and cPanel management.
  • • Conduct server surveillance, monitoring, performance checks, and backups for data, databases, and code repositories.
  • • Implement and maintain security protocols for servers, systems, and technical code.
  • • Monitor and update network configurations for optimal performance.
  • • Coordinate with vendors and external support for timely issue resolution.
  • Qualifications:
  • • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • • Additional Certification in Network Security is required.
  • • 2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
  • • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, networking concepts, and IT troubleshooting.
  • • Hands-on experience with server management, backups, and code repositories (e.g., Git, SVN).
  • • Familiarity with WordPress, cPanel, and website/server management.
  • • Understanding of cybersecurity best practices and ability to implement preventive measures.
  • • Good communication skills for working with employees, vendors, and external support teams.
  • • Ability to manage multiple tasks with strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs90,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
