We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing projects across multiple teams. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet company quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing project timelines and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (development, design, marketing, etc.).
  • Monitor project progress and prepare status reports.
  • Support senior project managers in resource allocation and task assignment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on project updates.
  • Help identify and resolve project risks or issues.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to maintain clear project direction.
  • Ensure team accountability and timely project delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management (internship experience acceptable).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira, ClickUp).
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
  • Basic understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking ability.
  • Time management and task prioritization.
  • Familiarity with software or IT project environments.
