As a Project Manager in Information Technology, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our web, software, and app development projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time. You will maintain project documentation, make informed decisions to progress the project, and coordinate with various teams to align with project goals.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (Should be driven from the JD)

1- Managing software development projects under the direction of an IT project manager.

2- Proficiency with Agile methodology.

3- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.

4- Proficient in online & market research.

5- Tech-savvy, with knowledge of technology and capable of self-learning.

6- Having knowledge about Project Management Processes from Ideation to Closure of project(s).

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and resource allocation.

2- Tracking project performance according to the defined M&E process/mechanism.

3- Lead and motivate project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration.

4- Implement Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), conduct daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

5- Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.

6- Understand basic web and software development principles and work with technical teams to address challenges.

7- Perform Manual and Automated Functional & non-functional testing of web, software, and app projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Software Engineering/IT, Business Administration, Project Management or related field.

Experience

  1. 0 to 1 year of experience in IT project management.

  2. Hands-on experience with Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban).

  3. Strong organizational and communication skills.

  4. Basic understanding of SDLC and software development methodologies.

Others

  1. PMP/CAPM Certification is a plus.

  2. Must be familiar with designing fundamentals.

  3. Should be passionate to learn and growing in a challenging environment.

  4. Focused towards the tasks assigned and willing to do late sittings (If Required).

  1. Proficiency in MS Office / Google Suite.

  2. Familiarity with Project Management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana).

  3. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or other programming languages is a plus.
