4–6 years' proven B2B/high-ticket sales experience (Design, SaaS, Telecom, or Digital Services preferred)
Target:
$10K–$15K monthly
About the Role
ConnAct is running an active B2B door-to-door sales campaign in Texas, offering
Telecom solutions
and
Premium Design services
. We're hiring an onsite Sales Specialist in Karachi to support our US-based field reps by managing follow-ups, driving conversions, and ensuring revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the
specialist responsible for following up on warm leads
generated by US field reps during daily door-to-door visits (25 businesses/day). - Each rep closes
1–2 deals onsite
; the remaining
20+ warm leads
require timely follow-up via calls, emails, and scheduling. - Nurture and convert leads into closed sales, helping achieve
$10K–$15K targets
. - Maintain 100% accuracy in CRM logging and lead tracking.
- Manage opportunities across both
Telecom
and
Design
services.
Who We're Looking For
- Proven
frontline sales closer
with strong experience in B2B/high-ticket sales. - Background in Telecom, IT, or Design services sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
