Role Summary

We are hiring a Front Sales / Caller to run outbound and inbound calls, qualify leads, and book meetings for our sales team. Prior calling experience in Sales is mandatory, particularly SaaS. If you do not have hands-on sales and cold calling experience, please do not apply.

Responsibilities

  • Make daily cold and warm calls to target prospects
  • Qualify leads, run short discovery, and book meetings for Account Executives
  • Follow scripts, handle objections, and present clear value propositions
  • Log calls, notes, and outcomes in the CRM and keep data clean
  • Send follow-ups by email or WhatsApp and reduce no-shows
  • Assist with LinkedIn outreach and light account research
  • Coordinate calendars and prepare short meeting briefs

Must-have Qualifications

  • 6 to 18 months of proven sales calling experience
  • SaaS sales calling experience is mandatory
  • Fluent English, clear accent, confident phone presence
  • Strong objection handling, active listening, and rapport building
  • Comfortable with CRM and spreadsheets such as HubSpot, Apollo, Pipedrive, Google Sheets
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and documentation

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools
  • Basic understanding of software and SaaS products
  • Experience booking meetings for US, UK, or GCC markets

KPIs

  • Qualified meetings booked and attended
  • Daily call attempts and live conversations
  • Data hygiene and timely follow-ups
  • Show rate and pipeline progress

Work Hours and Compensation

  • Onsite at Hubaix office, DHA Phase 2, Karachi
  • Standard business hours. Some evening flexibility is a plus for international prospects
  • Competitive base salary with performance incentives for meetings attended and deals closed
