Sales Representative – Medical Billing

Job Summary:

MBNC is seeking a motivated and results-driven Cold Caller / Sales Representative
to join our growing
medical billing and revenue cycle management (RCM)
team. The ideal candidate will have
at least 1 year of experience
in healthcare sales, cold calling, or medical billing marketing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of medical billing services, and the ability to build meaningful connections with healthcare providers across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make
    outbound calls
    to medical practices, clinics, and healthcare providers to introduce MBNC's RCM and billing solutions.
  • Generate and qualify leads
    by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their billing needs.
  • Schedule meetings or demos
    for senior sales representatives or business development managers.
  • Maintain and update
    CRM records
    with details of calls, follow-ups, and lead progress.
  • Meet and exceed
    weekly and monthly KPIs
    , including call volume, conversions, and scheduled appointments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and successful client onboarding.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum
    1 year of experience
    in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferably in
    medical billing or healthcare services
    ).
  • Strong
    communication, persuasion, and listening
    skills with a confident phone presence.
  • Ability to handle
    high-volume outbound calls
    and maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Basic understanding of
    medical billing and RCM processes
    is preferred.
  • Proficiency with
    CRM systems
    such as HubSpot, Zoho, or similar tools.
  • Highly
    self-motivated, organized, and target-oriented
    with a positive attitude.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to work
    independently in a remote setting
    .
