Business Development Manager (BDM)
who will drive growth through client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic partnerships.
Role Overview
As a
Business Development Manager
, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting our medical billing services to healthcare providers and organizations. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in
medical billing sales, healthcare RCM
, along with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the company's client base in medical billing and healthcare RCM services.
- Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients including physicians, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare organizations.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and service demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaborate with the operations and account management teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Build long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and point of contact.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree
in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-3 years of proven business development/sales experience
in
medical billing, RCM, healthcare outsourcing, or healthcare IT services
(mandatory). - Strong understanding of
US healthcare system, CPT/ICD coding, claims process, denials, and payer landscape
. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in
CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and virtual meeting platforms
.
