Job Title: Full-Stack Developer for Custom CRM Solution

Role : Onsite(Johar)

We are seeking a skilled Full-Stack Developer to join our team onsite for developing a tailored CRM solution. The ideal candidate will have expertise across front-end, back-end, database design, and deployment, with experience building robust, scalable business applications.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop front-end interfaces (React, or similar) for an intuitive CRM user experience.

  • Build back-end APIs/services , Python, etc.) for CRM business logic and integrations.

  • Implement database solutions (SQL/NoSQL like PostgreSQL, MongoDB) for efficient data management.

  • Handle deployment/DevOps (cloud platforms like AWS, Azure) ensuring security and scalability.

  • Integrate CRM with third-party services (email, marketing automation, APIs).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution delivery.

  • Ensure testing, quality, and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • Full-stack development expertise (front-end, back-end, database).

  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, custom solutions) is a plus.

  • Proficiency in languages/frameworks like JavaScript ), Python/Django.

  • Knowledge of database design (relational, NoSQL).

  • Experience with cloud deployment ( Azure).

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
