We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced
Truck Dispatching Executive
to join our onsite team. If you have hands-on experience dealing with US drivers, brokers, load boards, and dispatch operations — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day dispatch operations for US trucking accounts
  • Book loads through load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and negotiate competitive rates
  • Maintain constant communication with drivers regarding routes, pickup, and delivery schedules
  • Build strong relationships with brokers and ensure timely load confirmations
  • Track shipments, update load statuses, and resolve road-time issues
  • Prepare and maintain dispatch sheets, driver logs, and daily performance reports
  • Handle emails, calls, PODs, rate confirmations, and documentation
  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations and company procedures

Required Experience & Skills:

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in US Truck Dispatching
    (Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Hotshot)
  • Strong understanding of load boards, broker negotiations, and US lanes
  • Excellent spoken English and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and solve real-time driver issues
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and dispatching tools
  • Knowledge of ELDs and US trucking compliance
