Role Overview

As a Graphic Designer at Wolken, you'll be a key part of our creative engine, leading the charge in crafting eye-catching, brand-defining visuals that stop the scroll and drive culture. From social media graphics and comprehensive brand identities to marketing assets and creativity-led campaigns, you'll own the visual narrative and bring our most ambitious concepts to life.

We're looking for a proven creative who lives and breathes typography, color theory, and layout, and has a pulse on the latest visual trends across TikTok, Instagram, and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute high-quality static and motion graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and brand marketing.
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain compelling visual identities for a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Create engaging layouts, illustrations, and visual systems from concept to final delivery.
  • Lead creative collaboration with copywriters, video editors, and strategists to bring integrated, impactful ideas to life.
  • Stay ahead of design trends and platform best practices, ensuring our work is always fresh, relevant, and effective.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience and high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Canva isn't hated either.
  • An exceptional eye for layout, composition, and visual storytelling, demonstrated in a strong portfolio.
  • Deep understanding of social-first design, including vertical video formats and platform-specific best practices.
  • A creative visionary with meticulous attention to detail and a drive to innovate.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a range of brand and social media work.
  • Passion for shaping visual culture and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative creative team.
