You'll manage performance marketing campaigns end-to-end — from strategy and setup to optimization and reporting — driving measurable growth in leads, sales, and revenue.This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes paid media, thrives on data, and can balance creative testing with analytical precision.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop & execute performance marketing strategies across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).Manage budgets efficiently to maximize ROI while maintaining CPA/ROAS goals.Optimize campaigns daily — improving CTR, CVR, CPC, and Quality Scores.Collaborate with design & content teams to produce high-performing creatives and ad copy.Implement conversion tracking through GA4, GTM, and Meta CAPI for accurate attribution.Analyze performance data and prepare detailed weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.Stay ahead of digital trends, algorithm changes, and best practices in paid acquisition.Requirements3–5+ years of experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns.Proven record of scaling budgets profitably (>$10k/month).Deep understanding of bidding strategies, targeting, and funnel segmentation.Experience with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio , and ad management tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.Strong communication and collaboration abilities.Preferred:Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, or lead generation.Familiarity with Performance Max , feed optimization, and video ads.Working knowledge of server-side tracking and CRM integrations.KPIsROAS / CPA / CAC targetsCTR, CVR, CPC, and CPM improvementsBudget pacing & efficiencyLead/revenue growth from paid channelsExperimentation rate & learning documentationPerks Remote-friendly role (can work from Faisalabad or anywhere in Pakistan) Competitive salary with performance-based bonuses Growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment Flexible working hours Learning and upskilling supportHow to ApplySend your CV or LinkedIn profile along withexamples of campaigns you've managed (with budgets and results)to
