Job Title: Sr. Accounts Executive

Location: Lahore

Reports To: Head Accounts & Finance

Job Summary: To enhance the performance, structure, and execution of sales and brand strategies by overseeing channel operations, supporting the sales team, ensuring alignment with head office directives, and contributing to long-term market development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly recovery targets and analyze overdue aging reports for weekly meetings.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, manage key accounts, and approve daily sales orders.
  • Prepare salary sheets, reconcile salary payments, and verify all travel allowances and daily expenses.
  • Approve stock goods issues and conduct physical stock counts at the warehouse.

Job Specifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounts, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus)
  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills.

  • Critical Thinking.
