Objective of this Role:
The primary objective of this role is to lead and manage projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence within the cross-functional project team.

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and empower the project team to maximize performance, offering clear direction and motivation.

• Lead projects through all phases, from defining requirements to deployment, including schedule, scope, budget estimations, and risk management.

• Good presentation making and delivery skills

• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects align with scope, schedule, and budgetary constraints.

• Evaluate project status regularly and adjust scope, schedule, or budget as needed to meet project requirements.

• Establish and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, maintaining open communication on project status and updates.

• Develop and maintain robust processes for managing project scope, ensuring high-quality deliverables and risk assessment.

• Foster strategic partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors.

• Allocate and monitor resources efficiently to optimize project outcomes and deliverables.

• Communicate project outcomes and potential risks to relevant management channels, escalating issues as necessary according to project plans.

• Meeting with top management and clients to identify project requirements, delivery timelines and costs.

• Developing detailed project plans to guide clients and project teams and revising based on changing needs and requirements.

• Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of staff members.

• Monitoring project performance to ensure timely delivery.

• Compiling and submitting project status reports to clients, management and other stakeholders.
