Role Description

We are seeking a
Senior AI/ML Developer
with strong expertise in
FastAPI
to join our growing Artificial Intelligence division at our Sialkot office.

The ideal candidate will lead the design and development of AI-driven applications, build and deploy machine learning models, and integrate them into production-grade backend systems using FastAPI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy
  machine learning and deep learning models
  for real-world applications.
• Build
  high-performance APIs
  using
  FastAPI
  to serve AI models at scale.
• Collaborate with data engineers to manage and preprocess large datasets.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into
  web, mobile, and enterprise systems
  .
• Optimize model performance, inference speed, and scalability.
• Implement
  MLOps best practices
  , including model tracking, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Research and prototype
  state-of-the-art AI techniques
  in NLP, Computer Vision, and Predictive Analytics.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across AI/ML projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, backend, DevOps, product) to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years
  of professional experience in
  AI/ML model development
  and
  Python backend
  engineering.
• Strong proficiency in
  Python
  ,
  FastAPI
  , and
  machine learning frameworks
  (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Proven experience in
  model deployment
  and serving via
  RESTful APIs
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  data preprocessing, feature engineering
  , and
  model evaluation
  .
• Solid understanding of
  statistics
  ,
  linear algebra
  , and
  probability
  .
• Familiarity with
  PostgreSQL/MySQL
