Role Overview

We need a
results-driven Senior Salesperson
to grow our Social Media Marketing Division. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, able to
convert clients on the first call
and consistently achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Convert prospects into clients (first-call conversions).
  • Achieve & exceed monthly revenue goals.
  • Develop new business strategies & expand client base.
  • Build long-term client relationships.
  • Report sales performance & market insights.

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of proven sales experience (Social Media/Digital Marketing).
  • Excellent communication & persuasion skills.
  • Strong business development & closing mindset.
  • Self-motivated & disciplined in a remote setup.
  • Familiar with CRM & lead generation tools.
