Job Overview:

A leading Property Development company in Clifton, Karachi is looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead and execute its digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing high-quality content that enhances brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports lead generation. This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with overall marketing and branding objectives.
  • Plan and execute paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Create monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting and campaign execution.

Content Creation & Branding

  • Oversee the production of engaging visuals, videos, and copy for digital platforms.
  • Work with designers and video editors to produce professional and on-brand promotional materials.
  • Ensure all content reflects the luxury and lifestyle positioning of the property brand.

Community Management & Engagement

  • Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.
  • Foster engagement and relationships with followers, brokers, and potential clients.
  • Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for brand improvement.

Analytics & Optimization

  • Track campaign performance using Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, and Google Analytics.
  • Generate monthly performance reports with insights and improvement recommendations.
  • Continuously test and optimize strategies for better reach, engagement, and conversions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, or Communications.
  • 5–7 years of experience in social media management, preferably in property, real estate, or luxury brands.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital advertising tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar design software.
  • Excellent English communication and creative writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with video editing and reel creation.
  • Understanding of real estate marketing trends and property advertising strategies.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and lead generation through social channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
