Social Media Manager

Location: DHA Phase 5, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM (9 hours daily)

Experience Required: 2–4 years (Agency experience preferred)

About the Role

Metamorph is a full-stack marketing and advertising agency working with both local and international clients across diverse industries. We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can think strategically, execute creatively, and manage digital presence for multiple brands — including US-based projects under the supervision of our US-based management team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to each brand's goals and audience.
  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content — posts, reels, stories, and campaigns — that align with brand identity.
  • Collaborate closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytelling.
  • Work directly with US-based supervisors to manage international client accounts and content calendars.
  • Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
  • Manage community interactions — respond to comments, messages, and inquiries professionally.
  • Stay updated with digital trends, social algorithms, and emerging social media tools.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborations where required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media management (preferably in an agency setup).
  • Strong understanding of brand storytelling, content strategy, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, Canva, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of AI tools, generations, and prompt crafting is a major plus.
  • Ability to work on multiple brands simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
