Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager at ADRYD located in DHA Phase 4 Lahore. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating content, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for high engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies. Additionally, the Social Media Manager will collaborate with other team members to ensure alignment with overall marketing goals.

Qualifications

  • Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Creativity and detail-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Experience with social media management tools is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to achieve marketing goals, increase brand awareness, and drive engagement. Plan and maintain detailed content calendars
  • .Content Creation: Create, curate, and manage high-quality, compelling content (including text, images, and video) for all our social media platforms
  • .Audience Research: Conduct ongoing research into industry trends, competitor activity, and our target audience to ensure our content is relevant, fresh, and effective
  • .Community Engagement: Actively manage and engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner to foster positive relationships
  • .Collaborations: Identify, build relationships, and collaborate with key influencers and user-generated content (UGC) creators to expand our reach and credibility
  • .Performance Analysis: Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Prepare regular reports on key metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy

Skills and Qualifications Required

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficient in using social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, etc.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO principles and best practices as they apply to social media.
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools to track performance and make data-informed decisions.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative idea.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
