Job Title: Production Assistant - Plastic Molding Department
About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Production Assistant for our factory. You'll be responsible for ensuring smooth, efficient, and high-quality production of plastic molded products. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll manage a team, troubleshoot problems, and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate activities within the production department.
- Prepare reports on production, issues, and resolutions.
- Assisting in planning and creating work orders.
- Tracking material flow and recording production.
- Maintaining organized and accurate records.
- Sound knowledge of plastic molding machinery, molds, and processes.
- Supporting the Manager with daily tasks as required.
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure.
Skills and Requirements:
- Common Sense: A problem-solving mindset and practical approach.
- Basic Excel Knowledge: Familiarity with spreadsheets and basic formulas.
