About the Role:

We're looking for a
Data Scientist
with a strong interest (and ideally experience)
in U.S. Healthcare analytics,
particularly around
Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
If you're excited about building predictive models that help providers improve collections, reduce denials, and optimize cash flow, we want you on our team.

What You'll Do:

  • Build and deploy machine learning models focused on
    denial prediction, payment lag forecasting, underpayment detection, and other RCM-related use cases.
  • Partner with Data Engineers and BI Analysts to transform payer, claims, and EMR datasets into
    actionable, production-ready features.
  • Work closely with healthcare SMEs to validate models against real-world RCM workflows.
  • Experiment with advanced ML/NLP techniques to enhance model accuracy and interpretability.
  • Translate predictive insights into intuitive dashboards, decision-support tools, and process automation.

What You'll Bring:

  • 1–4 years of experience

in Data Science, with exposure to healthcare data (U.S. RCM experience is a
major plus

).
- Proficiency in
Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow)
and solid grounding in machine learning methods (classification, regression, time-series).
- Strong SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- Familiarity with healthcare datasets such as
837/835 claims, CMS MMR/MOR files, payer SFTP feeds, or EMR extracts

is highly valued.
- Ability to communicate technical insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- A curious mindset, eagerness to learn, and passion for building AI/ML solutions that make a measurable impact.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with
    Azure ML, Databricks, or similar cloud ML platforms.
  • Exposure to
    LLM/Agentic workflows

(LangChain, vector databases, RAG pipelines) applied to healthcare analytics.
- Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD for models, monitoring, retraining pipelines).
