Role Description

This is a full-time remote role in Islamabad for a Telemarketing Specialist. The Telemarketing Specialist will be responsible for generating and qualifying sales leads, conducting outreach to prospective customers through calls and emails, and scheduling pre-qualified meetings for the sales team. The role also involves providing excellent customer support, maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring clear and effective communication with prospects. Tracking progress, updating records, and working collaboratively to meet targets will be key components of this position.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales strategies
  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to manage client relationships effectively
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with prospects and team members effectively
  • Experience in sales-driven roles or business development is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic knowledge of email and LinkedIn campaigns
  • Highly organized with a goal-oriented approach to meeting targets
  • High school diploma, associate degree, or higher qualification in a relevant field
