Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and energetic
Telemarketing Specialist
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, generating interest in our services, qualifying potential clients, and helping to drive our business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce company services.
  • Explain offerings clearly, handle objections, and engage potential customers effectively.
  • Generate and qualify leads to schedule appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain and update lead data accurately in the CRM system.
  • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
  • Follow up on interested leads and maintain consistent communication.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    1–2 years of experience
    in
    telemarketing, telesales, or customer outreach
    .
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and listening skills.
  • Confidence in making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Knowledge of CRM and dialing systems (Vicidial, GoHighLevel, etc.) preferred.
  • Must be target-driven and self-motivated.
