Responsibilities:

  • -Manage bidding on Upwork and similar platforms.-Write customized, professional proposals.
  • -Communicate effectively with USA-based clients and convert leads into projects.
  • -Maintain long-term client relationships.Requirements:-1–2 years of experience in Upwork bidding and client communication.
  • -Strong English communication (written & verbal).
  • -Confidence in handling international clients.
  • -Ability to meet targets under deadlines.

What We Offer:

  • -Salary: Up to PKR 80,000 (negotiable based on experience).
  • -Commission: Up to 10% on closed deals.
  • -Monthly Target: $6,000 (with one ID).
