Bag making machine Helper

Job Purpose:

Assist the bag making machine operator in daily production activities to ensure smooth machine operation, quality output, and timely completion of production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the operator in setting up and preparing the bag making machine for production.
• Load raw material rolls (film, fabric, or laminate) and ensure proper feeding to the machine.
• Monitor the production process and report any irregularities or machine faults.
• Collect, count, and pack finished bags according to specified standards.
• Maintain cleanliness around the machine and dispose of scrap or waste material properly.
• Help in roll changes, blade replacement, and basic machine cleaning.
• Ensure labeling, stacking, and transfer of finished goods as per production requirements.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Cooperate with the operator and quality team to maintain product quality and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 3 years of Diploma (DAE) in mechanical/ Dies and mold/ Instrumentation and process control.. should be complete with final year marksheet
• Experience: Preferably 6 months to 1 years in a manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Basic understanding of machine operation and production processes.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a team under supervision.

working would be in 12 hours rotational shifts, 1 week day and 1 week night (8+4)

Job location: Landhi Industrial area
