Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Walmart and Tiktok Shop Manager, located in Valencia Town Lahore. The Shop Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Walmart and Tiktok shops.

The Walmart and TikTok Shop Manager will be responsible for the overall performance and growth of our Walmart and TikTok Shop channels. This includes managing product listings, optimizing sales, analyzing data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities:

* Manage and optimize product listings on Walmart and TikTok Shop, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

* Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.

* Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer engagement.

* Oversee and manage inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock and minimizing stockouts.

* Manage and respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.

* Ensure compliance with Walmart and TikTok Shop policies and guidelines.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in e-commerce, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.

Marketing & Promotion:

* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales on Walmart and TikTok Shop.

* Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for TikTok Shop.

* Manage and optimize advertising campaigns on Walmart and TikTok Shop (e.g., sponsored products, TikTok ads).

* Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI.

Reporting & Analysis:

* Generate regular reports on sales, traffic, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).

* Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for optimization.

* Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to gain a competitive edge.

  • Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
