Role Overview
We're looking for a dynamic Affiliate & TikTok Shop Manager to launch and scale our affiliate program
while managing our TikTok Shop presence. This role is all about building relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube — turning them into brand ambassadors who drive measurable sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, launch, and manage The Linen Company's affiliate program.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard creators/influencers across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Manage TikTok Shop operations: product listings, promotions, pricing, and campaign optimization.
- Negotiate commission structures, track performance, and ensure ROI-positive campaigns.
- Create influencer-to-affiliate conversion journeys (from gifting → UGC → ambassador).
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and performance teams to align campaigns.
- Regularly report on KPIs: affiliate sales, ROI, creator pipeline, campaign performance.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years experience in influencer marketing, affiliate programs, or TikTok Shop.
- Proven track record of growing creator-led sales.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Comfort with analytics (tracking dashboards, ROI, attribution).
- Deep knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube creator ecosystems.
- Entrepreneurial mindset — willing to build from scratch.
