Mobile App Developer (iOS/Android | Product-Focused | UI/UX | Night Shift | On-Site)

We are a fast-moving tech company transitioning from service-only development to building and testing our own digital products. Our workflow is agile:

We need a Mobile App Developer who can own the full development lifecycle and help deliver visually strong, user-friendly, and high-performing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Mobile Development

● Build and maintain mobile apps for iOS and Android

● Develop MVPs rapidly and iterate based on feedback

● Work with cross-platform frameworks (React Native or Flutter) or native (Swift/Kotlin)

● Integrate backend APIs, authentication, cloud functions, and third-party SDKs

● Ensure performance, responsiveness, and smooth navigation

● Troubleshoot efficiently and avoid regressions

UI/UX & Visual Design

● Improve app visuals, layouts, and user experience

● Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI

● Build clean, intuitive navigation and user flows

● Maintain consistent design across screens

Integrations, Payments & Monetization

● Integrate tools and services such as:

○ Stripe (in-app payments, subscriptions)

○ Firebase (auth, push notifications, analytics)

○ AWS / Hostinger / REST APIs

● Implement ad monetization using:

○ Google AdMob

○ Facebook Audience Network

○ Unity Ads, or similar networks

● Configure mediation, test devices, and placements

● Ensure ads display correctly in production and follow platform guidelines

Deployment & Maintenance

● Manage app builds, versioning, and deployments to:

○ Apple App Store

○ Google Play Store

● Handle app updates, bug fixes, and crash analytics

● Document endpoints, releases, and workflows

● Commit code daily and follow GitHub version control

Daily Workflow

● Daily Standup (10–15 minutes) to review work, plan tasks, and identify blockers

● End-of-Day Update including:

○ Completed tasks

○ Work in progress

○ Bugs, challenges, or delays

○ GitHub commits + test build link

Work Schedule

● 9-hour workday (includes 1-hour break)

● Night shift aligned with U.S. Central Time

Requirements

● 2+ year of professional mobile development experience

● Strong understanding of UI/UX for mobile apps

● Experience with React Native or Flutter (preferred), or native Swift/Kotlin

● Experience integrating APIs, authentication, and third-party SDKs

● Experience with ads integration (AdMob, mediation, testing, live deployments)

● Experience publishing apps to both app stores

● Strong portfolio or previous app samples

● Ability to work independently and own features end-to-end

● Strong communication and reliability

Performance Expectations

● Apps must meet quality, performance, and UX standards

● Poor communication, repeated bugs, or lack of ownership will count as performance issues

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
