Role Overview :

As a Technical Proposal Writer, you will play a critical role in the sales cycle by translating

technical concepts into clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals for our clients. Working closely

with sales, design, and development teams, you will ensure our proposals highlight the value we

bring while addressing client needs with precision and impact.

Key Responsibilities

● Collaborate with sales, project managers, and technical teams to gather inputs for

proposals.

● Write, edit, and format high-quality technical and business proposals, RFP/RFI

responses, and capability statements.

● Develop a library of reusable proposal content, templates, and case studies.

● Ensure proposals align with client requirements, business goals, and brand voice.

● Manage timelines and deliver proposals under tight deadlines.

● Assist in creating supporting sales materials (presentations, one-pagers, solution briefs).

● Continuously refine proposal writing processes for efficiency and quality improvement.

Qualifications Required:

● 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, proposal writing, or business development

support.

● Strong ability to understand and translate technical concepts into client-friendly

language.

● Excellent written communication, editing, and formatting skills.

● Experience working with cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.

Preferred:

● Experience in digital design, software development, or IT services proposals.

● Familiarity with U.S. market proposal/RFP processes.

● Exposure to tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM/proposal management

software.
