Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Immigration Advisor / Customer Service Representative (CSR) located in DHA Phase 8 Lahore.

  1. Calling to leads and guiding them the complete process and onborad them
  2. The Immigration Advisor / CSR will be responsible for assisting clients with their immigration needs, providing exceptional customer service and support, ensuring client satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.
  3. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, guiding clients through the immigration process, maintaining accurate client records, and providing timely updates on the status of their applications.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
  • Experience in enhancing Customer Experience and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Prior experience in immigration services is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
