Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QA Specialist located in Islamabad. The QA Specialist will be responsible for performing day-to-day quality control and assurance tasks, You'll take ownership of testing strategy, architecture, and quality excellence for mission-critical solutions. You'll work alongside passionate engineers to deliver systems that are secure, performant, and reliable — every single time.

· Develop advanced
automation frameworks & Test Harness
tailored for AI-based and custom-built software.

· Generate and manage
test cases directly from business requirements
ensuring complete traceability.

· Test
AI-driven components
for accuracy, bias, and stability across data sets and inference cycles.

· Execute automated tests as part of
CI/CD pipelines
using Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.

· Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.

· Manage
automation execution
in
containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
.

· Research and integrate
AI-assisted test generation
, predictive analytics for defect identification, and self-healing automation frameworks.

· Document all test activities including
test plans

test cases

load testing summaries

· Train and mentor QA engineers in framework development, automation techniques, and security testing.

· Identify, log, and track issues via

· Continuously evaluate new tools, techniques, and processes for

Required Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science

Software Engineering
, or related technical field.

Minimum 5 years
of professional QA experience, including test automation, framework design, and security testing.

· Proven ability to
define and develop testing frameworks from scratch

· Strong command of
