We're looking for a friendly and efficient Receptionist to join our team at Trims & Tones. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing bookings, and handling payments.

*Responsibilities:*

  • Greet clients and provide excellent customer service

  • Manage bookings and appointments

  • Handle payments and operate the point of sale system

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues

  • Maintain accurate records and update client information

  • Manage social media platforms and respond to online customer inquiries

  • Perform administrative tasks as required

*Requirements:*

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficient in using computer software, including point of sale systems and social media platforms

  • Friendly and approachable demeanor

*Skills:*

  • Customer service and communication skills

  • Point of sale system experience

  • Social media management and customer service

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, etc.)

  • Time management and organizational skills
