Sales Executive

Welcome Shipping Aids (Pvt.) Ltd., a reputable freight forwarding and logistics company, in finding a well-spoken and motivated Sales Executive for their Import & Export Department based in Karachi (Shahrah-e-Faisal).
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, hands-on experience in the freight forwarding industry, and the ability to manage customer inquiries and relationships professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
Send introductory emails to different network partners.
Respond to quotation requests from new and existing customers promptly and professionally.
Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements.
Gather and document customer information and feedback.
Keep accurate records of calls, quotations, and useful information.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Stay updated with industry developments and market trends.
Requirements:
Solid knowledge and experience in the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
Strong background in sales and customer service principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
Working knowledge of MS Office and related software tools.
Should have experience of minimum 1–3 Years with proven sales record.
