Lead Generation Specialist

Location: 13th Floor, Nacon House Building, Din Mohammad Wafai Road, Civil Lines, near Avari Towers, Karachi

Job Type: Full-time | Timings: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM

Salary: Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 80,000 per month

About the Role

Lycan Communication is looking for ambitious and driven Lead Generation Specialists to join our outbound calling team. In this role, you will engage with potential customers, verify their details, and generate qualified leads for our growing Telemedicine network.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients and engage them effectively.
  • Verify, record, and maintain accurate customer information.
  • Identify and qualify leads for live transfer or further processing.
  • Manage and update lead data in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly call and lead targets.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve strategies and performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or call center roles is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and data entry abilities.
  • Comfortable working night shifts (7 PM – 4 AM).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven attitude.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets preferred.
