Job Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Lead Generation Specialist
 for US based POS sales campaign.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is willing to work with a start-up and grow along with the business on a fast pace. You will be required to identify potential customers, create interest in our products, and help connect them with our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls, send emails, and use social media to reach potential customers.
  • Identify and qualify not just leads, probability of conversion is the key.
  • Collect and update customer information in database.
  • Schedule appointments or follow-ups for the sales team.
  • Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of hands on experience in POS sales is required.
  • Good verbal & written communication skills and a positive, Can-do attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, online sales tools).
  • Willingness to learn about technology and sales techniques.
  • Ability to work in a team and meet performance targets.
