Role Overview

We're hiring a Python Developer with strong Django or Flask skills and hands-on Machine Learning experience. You'll design, build, and optimize production APIs and services, and collaborate with AI/ML and product teams to deliver scalable features.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain backend applications in Python (Django/Flask)
  • Design and implement RESTful APIs; integrate third-party services
  • Train/deploy/integrate ML models into production systems
  • Translate business needs into technical specs and deliverables
  • Optimize performance, scalability, reliability, and security
  • Write clean, well-tested, documented code; review PRs
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing services
  • Contribute to architecture and technical decision-making

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in CS/SE or related discipline
  • 3–4 years professional Python experience
  • Strong with Django or Flask
  • Practical ML experience (model development or integration)
  • Databases: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
  • Strong grasp of OOP, design patterns, and architecture
  • Git (GitHub/GitLab) and modern dev workflows
  • Comfortable owning features end-to-end and collaborating cross-functionally

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Microservices design and distributed systems
  • Cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD exposure
  • Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with AI/Blockchain applications
