You will play a crucial role in designing, deploying, and ensuring the stability, performance, and security of infrastructure for leading organizations in the Energy, Financial, and Telecom sectors.

What You Will Do:

  • Build & Maintain:
    Install, configure, and manage operating systems (Windows/Linux), application software, and system management tools.
  • Ensure Peak Performance:
    Proactively monitor system availability and performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and collaborate with support teams to implement effective solutions.
  • Automate & Innovate:
    Develop and maintain custom scripts (e.g., Shell, Python) to automate operational tasks and improve system efficiency.
  • Protect & Secure:
    Implement and maintain robust security, backup, and redundancy strategies to safeguard critical data.
  • Troubleshoot & Support:
    Provide expert Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support, serving as a key resource for problem resolution.
  • Collaborate:
    Liaise with vendors and internal IT personnel to resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to the design of new support systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Hands-on experience (through projects, internships, or coursework) with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows and/or Linux environments.
  • Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox).
  • Solid scripting or programming skills (e.g., Bash/Shell, Python, C++).
  • A strong understanding of networking fundamentals (OSI model, TCP/IP).
