to join our operations in Karachi.

Job Description:

We are hiring
Medical Scribes
to work alongside U.S.-based physicians. As a scribe, you will document patient encounters in real-time during consultations, helping to streamline the clinical documentation process and ensure accurate and complete patient records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Listen to audio recordings or live consultations and document clinical information accurately in electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Prepare and edit patient charts, histories, and treatment notes
• Ensure accuracy, clarity, and completeness of medical documentation
• Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding case updates or discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA compliance standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (MBBS)
• Strong understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Excellent English listening, comprehension, and writing skills
• Familiarity with EMRs and medical documentation processes is a plus
• Ability to work full-time onsite during night hours (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)
• Previous experience in medical scribing or transcription is preferred, but not mandatory
