Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. Based in Karachi Division, some work-from-home flexibility is offered. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will handle day-to-day tasks such as developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, overseeing sales training, and ensuring effective communication and customer service. The role also involves actively managing sales teams to achieve company goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Capability in providing effective Training for sales teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Relevant experience in the Real Estate Sales & Construction industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
