Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled
Systems Administrator
with expertise in managing Microsoft hybrid environments. The role involves administering Exchange Server, Active Directory, Azure AD, Intune, and related platforms while ensuring system reliability, security, and scalability. You will be responsible for maintaining core infrastructure, implementing automation, and supporting business-critical IT services. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver seamless IT operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support
  Microsoft Exchange Server Hybrid environment
  , including migration projects and integration with Office 365.
• Administer and troubleshoot
  Active Directory (AD), Azure AD, and AD Connect
  for user identity, authentication, and access management.
• Maintain and support
  Windows Server infrastructure
  (DNS – internal/external, DHCP, file/print services, and Group Policies).
• Administer and optimize
  Microsoft Intune and Autopilot
  for device lifecycle management and deployment automation.
• Develop and maintain
  PowerShell automation scripts
  for system administration, reporting, and operational efficiency.
• Manage and enforce
  security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection
  using Kaspersky Security Center.
• Configure and monitor systems using
  SolarWinds and other monitoring tools
  to ensure high performance, uptime, and capacity planning.
• Implement and support
  Microsoft Teams collaboration services
  and integrations.
• Manage
  Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms
  , preferably BeyondTrust, ensuring secure privileged account usage.
• Administer
  Certificate Authority (CA) services
  and manage SSL/TLS certificate lifecycle.
• Support and maintain
  SQL Server
  for backend database and application integration.
• Oversee and manage
  SharePoint infrastructure
  (on-premises or hybrid).
• Ensure efficient
  email archiving, retention, and compliance
  with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in
  patch management, backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning
  to ensure system resilience.
• Collaborate with
  cross-functional IT teams
  to ensure seamless system and application integration.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in
  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  (or equivalent practical experience).
• 5+ years of experience
  in managing Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Windows Server environments.
• Hands-on experience with
  Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and hybrid cloud integrations
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and system monitoring tools
  (e.g., SolarWinds).
• Proficiency in
  PowerShell scripting
  for automation and reporting.
• Experience with
  SQL Server, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams administration
  .
• Working knowledge of
  endpoint protection tools
  (preferably Kaspersky) and
  PAM solutions
  (BeyondTrust is a plus).
• Familiarity with
  SSL/TLS certificates, Certificate Authority services, and IT security best practices
  .
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a
  cross-functional team environment
  .
• Relevant certifications such as
  Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, MCSA/MCSE, or equivalent
  are preferred.
