About Role:

The System Administrator will manage Mammoth-AI's core IT systems, ensuring stability, security, and consistent performance across all endpoints and cloud environments.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune for user accounts, device management, compliance, and license administration.
  • Oversee server and cloud VM environments (AWS and Azure), including setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Implement and monitor patch management across all systems to ensure timely updates and vulnerability remediation.
  • Perform regular system backups, testing, and restoration to ensure data protection and business continuity.
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for hardware, OS, and system-level issues.
  • Support new IT initiatives, perform technical R&D, and recommend infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Network Administrator to maintain secure and integrated IT operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and support activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in system administration or IT operations.
  • Strong command of Microsoft 365, Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune, and Windows Server.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS or Azure virtual machines and backup solutions.
  • Knowledge of patch management, compliance policies, and system-hardening practices.
  • Certifications preferred: Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, or CompTIA Server+.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or nights, when required for maintenance or support.
