Pakistan's leading Islamic bank, is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven professionals to join the Business Development team in Islamabad. The selected candidates will play a vital role in expanding the bank's customer base, promoting Islamic banking products, and building strong client relationships.

Both Officer and Executive positions are open under this category, depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and performance during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities for the bank.
  • Promote and cross-sell a wide range of Islamic banking products including accounts, deposits, financing, and investment options.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth and profitability.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with clients through professional and ethical service.
  • Conduct market visits, customer meetings, and follow-ups to generate business leads.
  • Collaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth onboarding and servicing of customers.
  • Prepare daily and weekly business reports to update management on progress and challenges.
  • Uphold Meezan Bank's values and ensure all activities comply with Shariah principles.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or Finance) from an HEC-recognized institution.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking or sales will be preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
