We are seeking a motivated and dynamic
Business Development Officer
to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding
eShifa's
market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Candidates with prior knowledge or experience in the
healthcare industry
will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and partnerships.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design tailored healthcare solutions for clients.
- Represent eShifa at networking events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Track, report, and optimize performance against business growth targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or partnership management (healthcare experience preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
