Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Representative, located in Karachi. The Telesales Representative will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, engaging with prospective clients, and providing outstanding customer service. The role involves promoting and offering life assurance products while effectively addressing customer queries and concerns. Additionally, the role includes meeting sales targets and maintaining records of customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills with clarity and effectiveness
  • Exceptional Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities to ensure client satisfaction
  • Proven experience in Sales and the ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to learn and adapt to Training sessions for products and techniques
  • Positive attitude, team collaboration, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in using telecommunication tools and CRM systems is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or a related field is an advantage
