Role Description

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Representative for Insurance product to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to make inbound & outbound calls, explain insurance plans, generate leads, and close sales over the phone. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills and a passion for telemarketing.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound telemarketing calls to potential customers to promote insurance plans.

Clearly explain policy features and handle customer questions.

Generate quality leads and follow up with interested prospects.

Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products.

Maintain accurate call logs, customer records, and follow-up tasks.

Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in business, sales, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).

Experience in telemarketing or call center sales (preferred, fresh can also apply).

Strong communication and persuasive selling skills.

Ability to handle objections and close sales over the phone.

Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.

Ability to work independently and within a team.
