About

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Trainee CMS Developer
to join our development team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build a career in web development, with a focus on Content Management Systems (CMS). As a trainee, you will be trained and guided by senior developers to design, develop, and maintain websites and applications using modern CMS platforms.

Responsibilities
:

  • Assist in the development, customization, and maintenance of CMS-based websites (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).
  • Support the integration of plugins, themes, and third-party tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to website functionality and performance.
  • Work with designers to implement responsive layouts and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
  • Contribute to content migration, updates, and site optimization.
  • Follow coding best practices and maintain documentation of changes made.
  • Learn and apply new CMS features, tools, and frameworks under supervision.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress knowledge preferred).
  • Understanding of databases (MySQL) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow with the role.
