Senior CMS Developer
to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with multiple CMS platforms, a keen eye for design, and a proven track record of creating exceptional digital experiences. As a Senior CMS Developer, you will lead projects, mentor junior developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and performance-driven solutions across various CMS platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and customization of CMS-based websites (WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, etc.) to deliver engaging and visually appealing digital solutions.
  • Implement advanced features and integrations to enhance performance, usability, and overall customer experience.
  • Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients to understand project requirements and deliver solutions that exceed expectations.
  • Optimize CMS websites for maximum speed, scalability, SEO, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to CMS platforms, plugins, themes, and third-party integrations.
  • Conduct regular code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in CMS development and digital experience platforms.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in CMS development, including
    WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Squarespace, Wix, and WooCommerce
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX, and PHP (for WordPress)
    , along with Liquid (for Shopify).
  • Proven experience in theme customization, plugin/app integration, and custom module development.
  • Strong understanding of
    eCommerce principles
    and
    content-driven websites
    .
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
