Job Title: Upwork Bidder / Business Development ExecutiveJob Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc., crafting compelling proposals, and converting leads into clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Search and identify potential projects on Upwork and similar freelance marketplaces.
- Write customized, client-focused proposals that highlight our strengths and solutions.
- Maintain consistent communication with potential clients to convert leads into projects.
- Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team for accurate project scoping.
- Keep track of bidding activity, leads, and conversion performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term cooperation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bidder / BDE on Upwork or other freelance platforms.
- Strong understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SEO, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to create clear, persuasive, and tailored proposals.
- Basic understanding of project estimation and pricing.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):
- Familiarity with tools like Trello, Slack, HubSpot, or CRM software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
- Prior experience working in an agency or startup environment.

Salary:
- Fixed monthly pay + Performance-based incentives
