Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and bidding on relevant projects on Upwork, crafting compelling proposals, and communicating effectively with potential clients to secure business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify suitable projects on Upwork and other freelancing platforms.
  • Write customized, high-quality proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and negotiate terms.
  • Maintain and track bid submissions, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Knowledge of IT/software development services is a plus.
