Cervello Tech is seeking highly motivated Junior and Senior Male & Female Sales/Business Development Executives to join our team in Karachi. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales and manage client relationships within the cutting-edge Audiovisual and Unified Communications sectors.
Key Requirements & Responsibilities
This role focuses on B2B sales and business development, driving revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Experience: The candidate must be experienced in B2B I.T. Hardware/Software sales.
- Customer Base: Experience dealing with Local Customers, including Private and Government Organizations, is required.
- Product Focus: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience (highly preferred) specifically within the business field of:
- Projectors
- Interactive Displays
- Video Conferencing Systems
- IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions
- Core Duties: Sales and business management, consistently driving revenue, and maintaining strong client relationships within the Audiovisual and Unified Communication sectors.

Work Environment & Compensation;
Office Location: (On-site) Plot No: D 18-II, Ground Floor, Block 5 (Nehr-e-Khayyam Street), Karachi, Pakistan.
Work Model: On-site position; no remote work is available.
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
We are seeking motivated individuals for several Sales/Business Development roles. Positions are differentiated by required experience and corresponding compensation.
Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 1
- Experience Required (Male Candidate): 3 years or higher in selling Projectors, Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions.
- Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 80,000 to Rs. 90,000.
Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 2
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years or higher in selling Projectors, Interactive Displays, Video Conferencing Systems, IP Phones & PBX Systems and solutions.
- Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 60,000 to Rs. 70,000.
Sales/Business Development Officer - Tier 3
- Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 2 years in B2B I.T. Hardware/Software sales.
- Target Customer Experience: Experience with local customers, including Private and Government Organizations.
- Monthly Salary Range (PKR): Rs. 40,000 to Rs. 50,000.
Additional Benefit
- Fuel Allowance (For Male Candidates Only): An allowance of Rs. 12 per kilometer is provided for official business visits/tasks.
