Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent, located in Karāchi. The Call Agent will manage inbound and outbound calls, assist customers by addressing inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and provide accurate information about product offerings and services. They will maintain records of customer interactions, adhere to communication guidelines, and collaborate with team members to continuously improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining call logs and interaction records
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and telephony tools
  • Time management and organizational skills to handle a high volume of calls effectively
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to resolve customer concerns
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service will be an advantage
  • Prior experience as a call center agent or in customer service is preferred
